Description
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Translate complex concepts into user-friendly flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that ensure an intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Establish, promote, and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards within the team.
- Present and effectively defend design decisions to cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.

Requirements
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design-related role.
- Strong proficiency and advanced skills in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, human-computer interaction, and design thinking methodologies.
- Extensive experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, storyboards, and conducting usability testing.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, color, and layout, coupled with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Ability to clearly articulate and defend your design choices, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strong, well-organized portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and design process.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate better collaboration with engineers.
- Experience with animation or motion graphics to enhance user interfaces.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and working within a fast-paced environment.
