Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough according to traditional Georgian recipes, ensuring authenticity and quality.
- Skillfully operate and maintain a traditional Georgian "tone" oven, managing heat and baking cycles.
- Bake various types of traditional Georgian bread, such as Shoti and Lavashi, to high standards.
- Monitor the baking process closely, adjusting as needed to ensure consistent product quality and appearance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage and track raw material inventory (flour, yeast, etc.) to ensure adequate supplies.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene standards and procedures.

Requirements
Required skills:
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a Baker, specifically with traditional Georgian bread.
- Demonstrated experience working with and maintaining a traditional Georgian "tone" oven.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Georgian bread recipes and authentic baking techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy bags of flour, and work in a warm environment.
- Strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- High attention to detail, consistency, and a passion for quality.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Georgian pastry or bakery items.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
