Required skills: - Proven experience (2+ years) as a baker in a commercial or industrial setting. - Strong knowledge of various bread-making techniques and ingredients, including traditional Georgian breads. - Ability to operate and troubleshoot standard baking machinery (ovens, mixers, proofers). - In-depth understanding of food safety regulations (HACCP principles are a plus). - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. - Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy ingredients, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Basic mathematical skills for recipe scaling and inventory management.
