Description
Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or using a commercial dishwasher.
- Ensure all washed items meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sinks, counters, and floors.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleanup tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or malfunctions with dishwashing equipment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support kitchen staff as needed during busy periods.
